This position requires a strategic thinker with exceptional commercial acumen, strong leadership skills, and the ability to foster mutually beneficial partnerships within the Energy and Motive power sectors.The Sales Director will be responsible for various factors critical for success. Including; strategy development and execution, revenue and margin growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, nurturing the growth of our sales professionals, and upholding Enatel and IDEALs' values and code of conduct.About youWe are seeking a Sales Director with a relentless "hunter" instinct and who thrives on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. You will have a strong track record in strategic planning, team mentoring, value proposition creation, market entry, sales strategy development, channel partnership management, and executive-level relationship building within multinational companies.As the Sales Director, you will be at the forefront of Enatel's sales strategy and have:Proven ability in strategy development and execution. Demonstrated track record in achieving revenue and margin targets. Strong focus on ensuring high customer satisfaction. Experience in developing and enhancing the skills of sales professionals and building organisational capability. Demonstrated ability in negotiation and a strong comprehension of commercial contracts and financial data.
