You will prepare quotes and project estimates/cost fore cast, as well as prepare for presentations (PowerPoint)Other roles and responsibilities:? Completing vendor set up documentation for new customers? Coordinate site layout drawings etc to aid with the sale? Contact customers on behalf of us directly, via phone or email? Assist with collection of data, research customer contacts etc? Act like a Personal AssistantQualifications? Initiative to organise their day? Task master – organise their time to execute tasks in a timely manner? Great communication? Experience in Recording information in CRM (Hubspot)? Experience Preparing quotes? Experience Preparing project estimates/cost forecasts? Experience Preparing presentations (powerpoint)? Experience in Completing vendor set up documentation for new customers?
