Positions Available:

1. Floor Manager

Responsibilities:
*

Oversee daily operations of the café and gallery
Manage staff schedules and ensure efficient workflow

• Maintain high standards of customer service

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues

Coordinate events and exhibitions in the gallery

• Ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met

Previous experience in a managerial role in the hospitality industry

• Strong leadership and organizational skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

2. Barista

Responsibilities:
*

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages

• Assist with menu development and maintain knowledge of current offerings

• Provide exceptional customer service

Maintain a clean and organized workspace

• Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies

• Previous experience as a barista

Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment

• Strong customer service skills

Ability to work efficiently under pressure

• Enthusiasm for coffee and a willingness to learn
