We have a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Manager to join our team leading 10 sales staff.   

The Role

We are in need of a motivated, results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the Waikato, Coromandel, Bay of Plenty, Gisborne and Hawkes Bay regions. The successful candidate will understand what motivates customers to buy and know how to tap into those needs and desires in an effective way. They  will be responsible for leading a team of sales specialists with various experience, creating sustainable value-added opportunities. 

The role is responsible for the management and mentoring of a sales team of ten ensuring the delivery of the sales targets for the area. The sales team are based in Hamilton, Rotorua, Thames, Tauranga, Gisborne and Hastings regions so travel will be required.  

We are flexible around where the role is based which could be in Waikato, Bay of Plenty or Hawkes Bay regions. 

About You

You’re an excellent communicator with strong commercial acumen with a natural flair for leveraging key contracts. You’re motivated, realistic and self-sufficient. You are a natural at building strong relationships to ensure your team deliver on targets and drives the region’s sales. You are a confident self-starter and have the ability to seek out additional opportunities in a highly competitive market.
