Aliaxis exists to bring solutions to the world's water challenges and accelerate the transition to clean energy.We are a global leader in high-quality piping solutions for use in building, infrastructure, industrial and agricultural applications across the globe.Over 15,000 people have selected to work for us in more than 40 countries.As a member of the Aliaxis group, Marley NZ specializes in PVC and PE pipe and fittings systems for Rainwater harvesting, infrastructure, Plumbing, Building, and Electrical applications.With access to thousands of new products worldwide, Marley NZ is at the forefront of innovation in the building materials industry.We are looking for passionate people that want to be part of our journey and embrace the behaviors that we at Aliaxis stand forWe Dare to challenge the status quo, to innovate and to learn fast,We Care for the environment, our customers and each other,We Deliver by taking accountability for our decisions and actions.About the rolePromote and grow customer key head office and regional relationships• Grow revenues and profits in Aliaxis and Marley's Building merchant channel and Export Market• Promote the Aliaxis and Marley brands to Market• Lead and Coach a high performing Sales Team, provide focus in the Building products segment, maintain, and develop relationships with relevant industry influencers, associations, key merchant partners, end users and installers.• Grow revenues and profits in Marley's building merchant channel• Identify key GHB's, building companies and influential aggregators to grow Marley's new build rainwater share.• Identify with sales team potential installers to provide an installed solution for Marley rainwater systems.• To provide focus to the sales team in the building products segment• Identify further areas of opportunity for Marley to innovate and grow in the building segment• Drive and deliver key Rainwater installer initiatives and objectives• Continue to develop and grow Marley's export salesAbout youProven sales success in Key Account Management at a senior level• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior sales role• Proven negotiation and influencing ability within a sales role• A proven ability to secure new business by further developing existing relationships and seeking out new business opportunities.• Proficiency in Microsoft word, excel and PowerPoint• Ability to support, manage and motivate a team• Ability to contribute to and develop sound sales strategiesWe are committed to creating a workplace that values diversity and inclusivity.We welcome applicants of all genders and backgrounds to join our team.
