Pulse Energy, a leading independent electricity retailer, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to specialize in bringing in new commercial, embedded network, and private network customers. As a Sales Manager at Pulse Energy, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business and expanding our customer base in these key segments.


Responsibilities:

  • Identify Prospects: Proactively identify and target potential commercial, embedded network, and private network customers within designated territories.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate target markets and achieve sales targets.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including property developers, building managers, facilities managers, and other decision-makers within target customer segments.
  • Customized Solutions: Understand the unique energy needs and challenges of commercial, embedded network, and private network customers and develop customized energy solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage a robust sales pipeline, track progress, and provide regular updates to the management team.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations with potential customers, addressing their concerns, and closing deals to drive revenue growth. Participating in contract tenders, facilitating negotiations and preparation of documentation and pricing.
  • Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, particularly in acquiring commercial, embedded network, and private network customers.
  • Strong understanding of the energy industry, including electricity retailing, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, set priorities, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience with CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
  • Willingness to travel within the designated territory.
