Sales Manager - Wholesale

Nature Baby retails via their own flagship stores in Australia and New Zealand, wholesale including store within store concepts and global e-commerce sites - with a collection that spans the baby and parent categories whilst always true our sustainable heart.We are looking for a Sales Manager – Wholesale to join us as we enter into a new phase of international growth.Day to day, your role will include, but is not limited to:Working alongside the Wholesale Manager to lead and grow new and existing Nature Baby wholesale accountsProactively building strong partnership-style relationships with all new and existing key accounts to maximise the opportunity to grow our businesses in partnershipCarrying out marketing activities, analysis and recommend market strategy to grow Nature Baby sales and wholesale market shareEnsuring our customers understand our brand, unique selling propositions, philosophy, providing instore trainingCollaborating with our Brand and Digital teams to create compelling marketing materials for our wholesale customersManaging wholesale stock levels, ordering process and deliver outstanding customer service that enhances Nature Baby's reputation and generates growing repeat businessCompleting administrative processes and tasks to ensure exceptional customer service and the smooth running of the Wholesale departmentUndertaking any special projects and/or ad hoc assignments as requiredThe successful candidate will have the following:Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a sales and export roleBackground in wholesaling apparel to department stores and independent retailersAdvanced communication, presentation and interpersonal skillsExcellent understanding of best retail practicesHigh commercial awareness and ability to negotiate mutually beneficial outcomesExcellent sales and influencing skillsStrong computer skills in Excel, Outlook, Word, sales and forecasting software to an advanced levelValues alignment to our purpose of best for baby, people and planetTo apply for this role, please include your CV and a cover letter telling us why you would love to work in this role at Nature Baby (including your availability) to (email protected) .
