About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Marketing Manager to join our growing team. You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic sales and marketing plans to drive market share growth for our innovative medical devices. This role offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in both sales management and field marketing activities. You will have prior sales or field marketing any of the following medical specialities: Cardiology, Vascular, Orthopaedic or Chronic Wound Care. 

The Sales and Marketing manager will be managing a team of product specialists, developing sales & marketing plan, launching and growing sales of innovative medical devices and cutting-edge digital health/AI healthcare products in Singapore. In addition, he/she is expected to grow Intellimed’s customer base by building strong relationships with healthcare providers.

This is a customer focussed sales role with a focus on sales management, product management & therapy development using strong clinical and consultative selling skills. Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to achieve revenue targets and exceed market share goals.
  • Create and manage sales territories and quotas, ensuring effective territory coverage and customer relationship management.
  • Analyze sales data, measure business performance and identify trends to inform future strategies and resource allocation.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to support product launches, brand awareness, and market penetration.
  • Manage key opinion leader (KOL) relationships, fostering collaboration and engagement to drive product adoption.
  • Implement effective digital marketing strategies to reach target audiences and generate qualified leads.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical, Marketing, Business or equivalent.
  • 4 years and above of field sales experience in medical devices in Singapore.
  • Experience with Key Opinion Leaders Engagement and Key Account Management. Strong professional relationship with physicians and exposure to tender management process is preferred.
  • Experience in tender management and managing RFQ and RFPs. 
  • Sales-driven, self-motivated, customer oriented and proactive individual with a track record in delivering results.
  • Experience in developing new markets through effective sales planning to grow the business
  • Positive working attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and observation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and at the same time a team player.
