Go team, go!Our parent company cares for 3 great brands: phil&teds, Mountain Buggy and Mokopuna Merino, so we're always on the hunt for new talentSales operations - Data analystBeginner to mid-level experiencePart of our sales operations team working across our B2B & B2C channels, this role supports our business with relevant, timely, accurate information & support, in a professional way, to further improve business decision making!In a nutshell:Ensure you are providing accurate, timely & relevant information to stakeholders across our range of systems including, but not limited to Microsoft Business Central, PowerBi, Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, Tidio, Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.Spread our message throughout our retailer network, ensuring retail staff understand our brand, our philosophies & our products unique selling proposition.Develop proactive, quality sales & service focused reporting to support key stakeholders with their commercial decision making across all aspects of the business.Communicate regularly with your manager…* so that issues & opportunities are addressed, & you're efficient & effective;* your data collection, analyzing & reporting actions are best practice;* for training needs;* for early market feedback & insights gained from your analysis regarding – order patterns, competitor activity, stock issues, customer service issues, products.Complete all training when requiredAchieve KPIs as set by the business.Team SupportSupport when needed.Train on processes, products & culture; support to train others, if needed.Any other task that your manager may reasonably require.Success in this role will look like…Excellent comprehension of English, & ideally fluent in Chinese to support our operations in China with data analysis.Having the right MAPS, and growing them over time, & learning best practice.Meeting performance goals esp. making sales budgets, having fun & making money!Working well in teams.Delivering outstanding customer service to all internal & external customers, & stakeholders.Be willing to build sound relationships & be someone they can be relied on to get it right the first time.Working at phil&teds, you'll have a great and supportive team working alongside you, you'll be learning & developing everyday across different parts of the business, and no day is the same - we can guarantee you that!This is such a cool opportunity that we embrace learning on the job!
