Role Overview: Join our team as a Sales and Recruitment Consultant where you'll blend office-based administration with dynamic field sales. This role is all about sales—both on the phone and face-to-face—while managing client relationships and ensuring we meet legal standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively sell our recruitment services through phone calls, door knocking, and client visits to expand our client base.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process ensuring we match the right candidates with client needs.
Keep detailed records to ensure legal compliance and effective administration.
Build strong, lasting relationships with clients based on trust and excellent service.
Plan your schedule independently to balance office tasks with client meetings and sales calls.
Ensure all health and safety standards are met.

Working Hours:
Contracted for 45 hours per week, typically 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with flexibility for client visits.
