Role Overview: Join our team as a Sales and Recruitment Consultant where you'll blend office-based administration with dynamic field sales. This role is all about sales—both on the phone and face-to-face—while managing client relationships and ensuring we meet legal standards.
Key Responsibilities: - Proactively sell our recruitment services through phone calls, door knocking, and client visits to expand our client base.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process ensuring we match the right candidates with client needs.
