We are looking to expand our Painting & Property's Maentenance Services sales and acquire a select few experienced salesmen/saleswomen to our roster.

We want to make it as easy as possible on our sales reps with 3 simple steps.

You will have a dedicated project manager for each project you sell. He will help ease your job by communicating & dealing with all of our stuffs/clients directly for you after you get a signed contract.

Our company is hiring a commission-based sales representative to sell services to clients via phone, email & in person. As our Sales Representative, you will be responsible for communicating with customers and defining their needs. As a sales representative, even though we have call in leads occasionally, you still must be able to generate your own leads and obtain signed contracts. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills in order to effectively develop relationships with clients. Our Sales Representatives hold an important role in our company’s sales process, as they work closely with clients and execute sales plans.

Responsabilities

Identify potential customers and create relationships.Prospect, develop and maintain new business opportunities.Plan activities to generate more leads.Promote company's ideas and services to potential customers, generating interest to form new business relationships.Follow up on leads, handle objections and close deals to secure customers.Always try to have a great attitude, have fun and enjoy what you do!
