About this role:

The primary role of this position is to look after the existing customer base and generate new business opportunities by cultivating and maintaining business relationships with existing customers and new prospects, mainly B2B.

Role and Responsibilities: 

• Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships 
• Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client's business needs
• Partner with support teams to create contract-winning proposals for current and prospective clients 
• Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders 
• Collaborate with technical and logistics teams to ensure contracted product specifications are executed on time and as agreed 
• Become a subject matter expert on our business products, processes and operations, and remain up-to-date on industry news 
• Be flexible about work hours. If required, work with overseas teams and customers who are in different time zones.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
•  Quick learner and absorber, able to understand the basics of industrial products and their application. 
• Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task 
•  Excellent organizational skills 
• Strong problem-solving skills 
• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty 
• Strong business sense 
• Comfortable using a computer for various tasks 
•  Engineering mind is a plus

Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or a related field of study - Experience in a related field is preferred - An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics - Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills - Strong communication and team management abilities - Proficiency in English and cloud systems - In-depth understanding of the sales administration and logistics process.
