About the Role:

The successful candidate will be a passionate and results-oriented Sales Representative to join a growing team. You'll play a key role in expanding our market share by promoting innovative flooring solutions to specifiers, building owners, architects, and a network of trained applicators.

This is a perfect role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong client relationships. You'll have the opportunity to learn from industry experts, attend product training, and contribute to the success of a leading company in the Australasia & Pacific Islands region.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate new sales leads and convert them into profitable opportunities. 
  • Provide ongoing support and technical expertise to our applicator network.
  • Conduct project inspections and client visits to understand specific needs.
  • Participate in training programs to stay ahead of the latest flooring technology and industry trends.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Skills & Experience:
  • Proven experience in the floor coatings industry, with a strong understanding of different flooring systems and their applications.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.
  • A hunter's mentality, with a focus on prospecting for new leads and driving sales growth.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills to effectively manage your territory.
  • A passion for building products and a desire to contribute to the success of a growing company.
