About the Role
This respected dental organisation prides themselves on supplying the most up-to-date innovation and products and equipment for dental professionals all over New Zealand. They are looking for someone keen to join them to represent their "clear aligners" product range to the market. In growth mode, this is a national territory with fantastic opportunities. With some existing customers and a whole lot more to convert, if you have passion for sales - this is the role for you.

Duties

• Create and manage a territory sales plan and marketing plan
• Call on existing clients to understand their needs, support them and grow sales
• Identify and build relationships with new client to grow sales pipeline
• Maintain up-to-date documentation on clients to better service them
• Monitor opposition's activities and report and suggest action
• Contribute to product training and new product roll out
• Get to see the country with around 6-8 away nights a month

Skills & Experience

• Demonstrated experience in sales, account and territory management
• Experience working with a health care company is desirable but not essential
• The ability to build rapport, trust and long term relationships
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organisation skills to follow through on commitments
• Persistence and resilience to draw on when needed
• Ability to work proactively and reactively
• Technically savvy and comfortable learning new digital technologies
