As the Assistant Store Manager, you assist the Store Manager in all aspects of the store – from the team to the customers and the day-to-day operations that come with running the store as your own.
You'll be responsible for motivating, developing and inspiring your team,with the concept of driving sales through customer service and the importance of converting every customer in store, exceeding sales results through creating an exceptional customer experience.
