ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Account Manager to join our SME Sales team to ensure our customers’ businesses have continued high level of support. The successful candidate will be responsible for increasing customer retention, growth and profitability within an existing portfolio.

Duties will include (but not limited to) – 

  • Overseeing and driving sales for a portfolio of SME customers
  • Responding to your customer queries while proactively managing and growing their fleet
  • Understanding customer needs and identifying opportunities to add value to their existing fleet
  • Proactively keeping up to date with our product offering
  • Developing trusting working relationships with customers
  • Work closely with the Sales Manager- SME, our Operations team as well as external Dealer Network channels to ensure sales targets are met

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE

The successful candidate will portray the following – 

  • Prior experience managing a portfolio of clients
  • Exceptional sales negotiation skills
  • High level of competency and attention to detail
  • Ability to work with and liaise with a range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Have a positive and willing attitude
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word are highly regarded)
