As a vital member of our fun store management crew your role will be crucial in keeping our operations at the front end of the store running smoothly from overseeing checkouts to ensuring loss prevention measures are in place. In short you are the glue that holds it all together.

Ideally you will have all or some of the following:

• A self-driven, confident leadership style with excellent communication skills
• A proven track record of delivering high levels of performance through your team
• Some experience in retail management, preferably in a large-scale store environment
• Strong understanding of cash and checkout procedures, as well as product services
• Ability to interpret and execute plans effectively
• Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
• Proficiency in retail management software and point-of-sale systems
• Good analytical skills to interpret sales data and implement strategies for improvement
• Any experience in loss prevention techniques and inventory management
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure
• Strong organisational and time management skills
