Salesforce Digital Analyst

Fueled by the significant growth of our FRAMECAD business we are scaling up our team and are looking for a Salesforce Digital Analyst. This role will be based in our Head Office in Auckland, New Zealand.

What you will be doing

In this role you will be tasked to help us understand our customers needs and identify opportunities for automation for improving our customer experience, thus adding significant value to the business. You will work closely with our Business Systems Manager, wider IS/IT and Global FRAMECAD team to ensure our hardware/software applications and network components are optimal. As well as providing technical support across the company, responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests as need arises.

What we are looking for

This position requires a strong customer-centric strategic approach, identifying problems along with identifying and implementing opportunities for improving processes within the company. Excellent customer understanding and ongoing forward thinking is necessary for this role, being future focused and solutions driven while being able to maintain a fast-paced day-to-day environment. Being self-driven, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities is a key to success.

Skills and Experience:

• 5+ of experience in a similar role 


• Experience with administration, support and configuration of Salesforce environments


• Knowledge and understanding of AWS platform


• Experience coordinating, scoping, documentation, design, development and testing agreed business system enhancements and new development projects.


• Experience working in an international business


• Good interpersonal, communication and planning skills


• Analytical thinking and problem solving skills
  


• Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams.


• Comfortable in a fast-growing organization and willing to do whatever it takes for the team and success of the business.

Nice to have:

Experience in an International Business and working with multiple stakeholders
