Sample Collection Technician - Fast Hire

As a Sample Collection Technician at Oritain, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of our services to our customers. Based at our office in Dunedin, you will support the Service Delivery Managers and Senior Delivery Managers in overseeing the execution of sampling contracts. Your commitment to delivering consistent and high-quality service will contribute to our customers' trust in our solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Optimise service delivery processes to ensure consistency and quality of Oritain's product delivery
• Translate customer requirements into the collection event & coordinate other activities as needed
• Register samples in Oritain's Operating Systems, and manage the quality of the data associated with the samples
• Identify and manage risks & impediments that affect scope, schedule and quality
• Constantly stive to exceed thru put, improve efficiency
• Work closely with internal teams for workflow enhancements
• Help define clear tracking metrics and dashboards for client and internal communication and to identify areas of improvement
• Provide sales support, and delivery support for our customers

About You:

• Experience working with professional services, deployment and support teams is desirable
• Solid customer service experience, with a drive and commitment to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
• Resilient and able to work comfortably with multiple demands
• Experience with Lean and Continuos Improvement methodolgy
• A true team attitude & a diligent nature with excellent communication and team collaboration skills
• Flexible and adaptable interpersonal style to influence others and share ideas and/or problem solve
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with good written and oral communication skills
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Good computer skills with knowledge and experience with business tools and systems - standard office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Atlassian package (Confluence, Trello is highly desirable
