• Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm

Mō te tūranga | About the Role

As a Scheduler, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our workforce is aligned to business needs, service level agreements, and customer demand. You’ll be responsible for creating, maintaining, and optimising schedules across multiple teams, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and compliance with the Collective Agreement and organisational policies.
 

This role oversees the configuration and administration of our Enterprise Scheduling systems, including Verint and Book a Banker. You’ll analyse data to support accurate forecasting, resource planning, and continuous improvement, while partnering closely with stakeholders to deliver high‑quality scheduling outcomes.

We’re looking for someone who has an operational mindset, using data, forecasting, and meticulous schedule management to keep service delivery running smoothly and efficiently. Your ability to maintain system accuracy, manage key workforce processes, and drive continuous improvement ensures the business is always equipped with the right people, at the right time, in the right way.
 

• Experience with Workforce Management systems such as Verint, Genesys, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical capability, including advanced Excel skills and experience with Power BI or Tableau.
• Understanding of scheduling concepts such as intraday analysis, shift bidding, adherence monitoring, and roster optimisation.
• Technical troubleshooting skills, including resolving system issues and maintaining data integrity.
• Ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into practical recommendations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• A continuous improvement mindset and the ability to work with accuracy in a fast‑paced environment
