As a CRM Data Analyst, you will play a vital role in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets to uncover valuable insights. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Finance, to identify trends, measure performance, and develop actionable strategies to drive sales growth and improve overall business outcomes. Responsibilities
Collect, organize, and analyze large volumes of data from various sources, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
Identify trends, patterns, and correlations in data sets to support decision-making processes.
Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to identify opportunities for revenue growth and customer acquisition.
Basic PC Troubleshooting
Perform statistical analysis and predictive modelling to support sales forecasting and demand planning.
Conduct ad-hoc data analysis and provide recommendations based on findings.
Continuously monitor and evaluate data quality, identifying and resolving any inconsistencies or anomalies.
Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data analysis.
Manage and maintain our Salesforce platform, including user management, data management, and customization of fields, objects, and flows
Work with business stakeholders to identify and implement improvements to our Salesforce platform, including automation of business processes using approval processes and flows.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role in an IT or sales environment.
Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and experience with statistical tools is a plus.
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and experience working with large datasets.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
