What You’ll Do

• Be a visible, friendly security presence that helps deter theft and anti-social behaviour

• Welcome and assist customers, staff, and visitors to ensure a great experience

• Monitor access points, complete patrols, and report anything out of the ordinary

• Respond confidently to incidents, emergencies, and alarms

• Keep clear, accurate records of events and shift activity

• Uphold professional standards and represent Red Badge Group’s values

• Support compliance with all health, safety, and site procedures

What You’ll Bring

• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills

• Customer service experience (security experience is a bonus but not essential)

• Must be available to work at least one weekend day per week, availability beyond this is also a bonus.

• A calm, professional manner under pressure

• Initiative and confidence working both independently and with a team

• Eligibility to work in NZ

• Ability to obtain a NZ COA security licence (or already hold one)

• Clean criminal record

• Commitment to safe and compliant work practices
