ALH is on the hunt for it's next Experienced Recruiter to join our HQ Branch in Auckland. You will be joining a high performing team of 10+ Recruiters in Auckland, and will be taking on some high profile clients to hit the ground running.
ALH is a driven, high performing business with a huge emphasis on client and candidate care to ensure high levels of service and success for both the candidate and client. Although this is a 360 based desk, experience in Recruitment is not a must, but an advantage as you will be servicing blue collar clients.
You will be required to:
- Be confident in Business Development
- Experience in Recruitment or Sales in similar field
- Proven track record in achieving goals
- Committed to a high performance culture
- Understand CRM (Jobadder would be beneficial)
