Senior Account Manager/Account Director

YoungShand is seeking a Senior Account Manager or Account Director to join the team. As an integrated creative, digital and media agency, we have built a reputation for creating bold campaigns that leverage technology to transform the way brands communicate. The successful candidate needs to be experienced and hit the ground running, developing relationships with clients that enhance their marketing strategies. Our ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about working with clients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with clients, show an understanding of their business objectives, and work collaboratively to deliver integrated solutions.
• Provide strategic guidance to clients, uncovering new opportunities for growth and success.
• Lead presentations to clients.
• Manage and mentor junior team members.
• Manage the delivery of high-quality projects that are on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations.
• Attend industry events to stay informed of the latest trends and technologies.

• 6-10+ years' experience in account management or related field.
• Creative problem solver.
• In-depth knowledge of marketing and advertising practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
• Experience in developing and implementing successful advertising strategy.
• High level of organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to manage and motivate a team.
