Senior Accountant

We are seeking a Senior Accountant to join our team in our busy Morrinsville office. 

Position Summary

As a Senior Accountant, you will assist Partners with the management of high-level compliance and special project work. It is expected that all tasks shall be completed to exemplary professional standards, whilst providing outstanding client relationships. 

You will also provide support to team members with technical queries in a range of scheduled compliance work and additional special projects as required.

Key Accountabilities include:

• Client Relationships
• Technical Assistance
• Leadership & Collaboration

You will need to have excellent communication skills and a strong knowledge of New Zealand Accounting principles and tax law. A proven ability to lead others and share knowledge is highly desirable.

Ideally, the right candidate will have experience in a Chartered Accountancy environment and will have held full CA membership with CAANZ for at least 2 years.
