Moutere Management have a great opportunity available for a Senior Accountant to join their team in Brightwater, Tasman.

This is a key role assisting with the management of the accounting, financial and administration functions within Moutere Group.

Technical skills required:

• Staff Management Experience, able to mentor, guide and promote personal development and growth.
• Ability to understand Forestry and manufacturing principles.
• Excellent attention to detail including strong systems knowledge and experience.
• Able to build professional relationships both internally and externally.
• Strong communication and influencing skills including excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Honest, reliable and be capable of presenting a good company image.
• Self-motivated with a can-do attitude. Possess well-developed advocacy, negotiation, and facilitation skills.
• Computer literacy - proficiency in the use of Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Data bases, ERP System or Accounting software.

You will ideally be a fully qualified accountant (CA/CPA) with an appropriate tertiary degree in Accounting and have 4 years (minimum) experience. Forestry knowledge or experience would be an asset.
