We are currently seeking a Senior Admissions Adviser within Admissions. This is an exciting opportunity for a confident and experienced professional who can not only deliver on the operational requirements of the role but also contribute to the continuous improvement of Admissions processes, systems, and procedures in partnership with Admissions Team Leaders.
The successful candidate will play a key role in reviewing current practices, identifying opportunities for improvement, and leading initiatives through to implementation. A strong analytical mindset is essential, with the ability to interpret data, prepare reports, identify trends, and use insights to support informed decision-making and drive service enhancements. Advanced Excel skills and experience working with business systems, databases, and reporting tools will be highly valued.
You will take a lead role in the review, approval, and ongoing maintenance of application and admission-related information published on the University website, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with policy and regulatory requirements.
As a senior member of the team, you will also champion training and capability development across Admissions, ensuring practices are aligned with the University's strategic objectives and contributing to the achievement of agreed KPIs and service delivery targets. You will bring a continuous improvement mindset, a strong aptitude for working with systems and technology, and the ability to use data and reporting to identify efficiencies, improve processes, and enhance the applicant experience.
This role will be primarily based in the City Campus but will need to be flexible to work across different faculties, across campuses, and will need someone who is agile and forward-thinking.
This is a full-time, 37.5 hours per week on a fixed-term contract until the end of 2027. The salary range for this role is $73,400 - $77,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
