Job Description - Senior Advisor

WT is an international consultancy practice with over 2,000 employees in the UK, Europe, China, Southeast Asia, North America, India, Australia, and NZ, providing specialist cost, sustainability, facilities management and technical advisory consultancy services to the property, construction, infrastructure, and resources sectors.



About the role:


We’re on the lookout for an experienced Senior Advisor to join our Advisory Team. You will be working with a nationwide team to deliver advisory services to a range of high-profile clients in both property and construction-related areas.



The successful candidate will have the opportunity to shape and develop the Advisory Team’s service offerings including Facilities Management, Asset Management, Body Corporates, Transaction Management & Business Case Development, Risk, Assurance & Independent Advice, and Sustainability. 


 


What you will bring:



  • Ability to grow and develop a strong network of clients and build a portfolio of work including delivering business development and bid responses.

  • Experience in autonomously leading and delivering projects.

  • Knowledge of the Asset and Facilities management industries.

  • Specialist knowledge of the construction and property industry.

  • Ability to lead and grow team members to reach their full potential.

  • Ability to foster and maintain internal and external relationships.

  • Ability to analyse data through reporting and experience in articulating and presenting key findings and implications and make informed decisions for clients through your analysis.

  • Strong business acumen and commercially astute.

  • Experience in preparing and successfully delivering RFPs.


 


Skills and Qualifications:



  • Relevant tertiary education or equivalent preferred

  • 7+ years of experience in the property and/or construction industry

  • Advanced Microsoft Suite skills, including MS Project, MS Word, MS Excel. MS PowerBI, Power Automate and Power apps would be advantageous.

  • Exemplary writing skills
