Just some of our achievements include developing New Zealand's first infrastructure strategy which sets a direction for decades to come, as well as ground-breaking research into the roots of the housing crisis, the efficiency of our infrastructure sector, recommendations for our health infrastructure while also maintaining a pipeline that provides insight into New Zealand's planned infrastructure projects.

We're looking for someone to help our Operations team to undertake and advise on a range of operational activities relating to technology and information management, procurement and other financial, office management and HR activities as required.
This role will also be responsible for driving operational efficiency and effectiveness across the organisation by reviewing our existing policies, processes, and procedures to identify opportunities for improvement.
In this role, you'll have responsibilities for:

We are open minded about the background you might have. It might include experience in IT, procurement or finance, or you might have a background in professional services. What's most important is your mindset – we're looking for someone who loves learning new things, is great at finding new ways of doing things, can set up great systems and processes and likes to get things done.
Ideally, you have experience in one or more of these areas in an operational team setting:
