We are now searching for a proactive and dynamic Senior Aftersales Advisor or for a data focused individual looking for a new challenge to be based in our Auckland Office. About the Role:

Key Responsibilities & Functions:

Parts

• Create, update and release scheduled reports internally and externally.
• Support dealers with comprehensive responses to enquiries.
• Maintain critical parts stock lists.
• Aid in maintenance of data systems.
• Aid ASM in developing the aftermarket and all-makes parts business.
• Assist ASM with assessing vehicle parts lists for new and existing sales models.
• Assist ASM in maintaining special price schedules in line with best practice policy.
   
• Assist ASM in developing Aftersales promotions.
• Support dealers in attaining all set targets.

Service & Systems

• Assist dealers to meet the service reporting guidelines.
• Assist dealers and internal staff in the use of required systems.
• Maintain user access to the required systems.
• Maintain memberships for incentive rewards programmes.
• Maintain direct supply programmes.

Network Standards

• Assist in the execution and maintenance of Dealer performance standards.
• Maintain dealer audit results as required.
• Execute reporting on dealer performance standards and audits.

About you:

• Special attention to customer focus.
• Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills.
• Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
• High attention to detail and highly organised.
• Skill set in Excel with BI products being a bonus.
• Initiating action and assertive decision making.
• Effective and efficient problem solving.
