Job Description - Senior Analyst - Corporate Finance

Position Overview

The Senior Analyst will play a pivotal role within Stonewood’s Corporate Finance team, serving as a key contributor to the group’s capital execution, investment analysis, and overall funding strategy. This role is central to supporting and shaping Stonewood’s financial decision-making across its core business areas: property, hotel, and renewable energy. The successful candidate will bring a strong analytical skill set, commercial acumen, and the ability to work across a wide range of transaction types and strategic initiatives.

Working closely with the Head of Corporate Finance and senior leaders across the business, the Senior Analyst will take ownership of critical workstreams, including the evaluation and execution of capital raising activities (both debt and equity), detailed financial modelling and investment appraisals, and the ongoing assessment of funding options to support the group’s growth. The role requires a proactive individual who can operate independently, maintain momentum across multiple projects, and contribute to high-level discussions with the Senior Leadership Team in a professional and constructive manner.

Requires the capability to manage cross-functional relationships, coordinate with external advisors and internal stakeholders, and influence outcomes through strong communication and well-founded analysis.
