RBNZ are looking for a Senior Application Specialist to join the digital Solutions team, join an organisation that is committed to supporting economic wellbeing and prosperity for New Zealand . Te tūranga - The role
Digital Solutions is a key driver and enabler of change at Te Pūtea Matua. We align technology roadmaps and solutions to Te Pūtea Matua's strategy and objectives and manage the delivery and ongoing support of technology services for the organisation. The purpose of the Senior Application Specialist role is to work closely with RBNZ stakeholders to understand how to best use and configure RBNZ off-the-shelf Application Suite for RBNZ's workflow. Ensuring that RBNZ's capability is well managed, fit for purpose, and meets the needs of the RBNZ organization. Ō pūkenga - About you
To be successful in one of these roles you'll have:

• Relevant tertiary level qualification or 5+ years' relevant industry experience.
• Experience with the Atlassian suite of products especially Jira, Jira Service Management and Opsgenie
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross functional teams.
• An agile mindset - adaptable to change, collaboration and continuous delivery of business and customer value.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to identify and address complex technical issues
• Experience in facilitating business and technical requirements elicitation sessions with stakeholders.
• Awareness of the wider applications ecosystem, ranging from infrastructure through to support and strategy.
