We’re on the hunt for a Senior Revit / BIM Technician to join our Architecture team with a passion for digital delivery and a sharp eye for detail. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Drive Revit delivery: Own documentation workflows from early design through to construction.


• Coordinate with confidence: Work across disciplines to ensure accurate, ISO-aligned BIM models.


• Manage complexity: Approach each project with the end in mind. Set up and maintain advanced Revit models with both strategic oversight and attention to detail, including shared coordinate mapping and exchanges, linked file and workset management, and custom family development.


• Support quality outcomes: Apply Alternative Solutions and Verification Methods effectively to meet NZ Building Code requirements, enabling optimised project solutions and smooth navigation of consent and tender documentation requirements.


• Solve problems early: Flag and fix coordination issues before they get to site.

What You’ll Bring:

• 10+ years in architectural documentation, including 5+ years in the NZ construction industry.


• Mastery of Autodesk Revit, with deep understanding of modelling standards and workflows.


• Solid experience using AutoCAD, Navisworks, and Enscape for cross-platform coordination.


• Strong knowledge of NZBC, technical detailing, and documentation for local compliance.


• A detail-focused mindset and the ability to deliver independently.


• A collaborative, solutions-focused approach to working with others.

It’d Be Great If You Also Have:

• Experience on industrial, supermarket or large non-residential builds.


• Familiarity with BIM Execution Plans, model audits, and digital delivery protocols.


• Exposure to additional BIM tools for model review and clash detection.


• A desire to mentor junior technicians and build internal capability.
