Senior Bookkeeper - Continuous Learning Opportunities

Monarch Business Solutions is a well respected and trusted bookkeeping firm based in Beachlands. 

Due to continued growth Monarch is looking for a Senior Bookkeeper with a good understanding of Xero or MYOB to help support our growing client base. As a Senior team member  you will also assist the owner of the business with reviewing and managing the workload of the wider team.

The role:

No two days are the same, Monarch works across a number of business sectors and clients. They range from small business and sole traders who require minimal support through to larger firms utilising Monarchs full service offering being bookkeeping, payroll, through to consulting work both in house and remote.

You will bring 3+ years in a similar role where you have worked with multiple clients and industries. Will enjoy a fast paced environment so moving between tasks quickly and accurately must be in your DNA. 

Accurate and up to date knowledge of New Zealand GST is essential with both strong verbal and written communication to be able to confidently review other's work and troubleshoot errors and inconsistencies.

The role offers flexible working with the ability to work from home or our Beachlands office with our awesome local team. There is the need for some onsite work around East/South Auckland. Hours are flexible around client requirements and deadlines.
