Role Overview:

As a Senior Business Analyst, Payroll, you will play a crucial role in understanding and improving our payroll processes. You will be responsible for analysing, documenting, and communicating payroll requirements, ensuring seamless integration with time and attendance systems, and executing payroll scenarios. Your ability to clearly articulate technical information to a wider audience will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

•            Elicit, analyse, and document payroll requirements.

•            Understand and optimize payroll calculations and processes.

•            Ensure integration of payroll with time and attendance systems.

•            Execute payroll scenarios and run simulations to ensure accuracy.

•            Generate comprehensive process documentation.

•            Communicate technical information effectively to various stakeholders.

•            Analyse data to draw business-relevant conclusions and visualize findings.

Requirements and Skills:

•            Proven Business Analysis experience.

•            Expertise in Payroll; additional experience in HR, Finance, Supply Chain, or Procurement is a plus.

•            Demonstrated ability to elicit requirements and generate process documentation.

•            Proficient in data analysis and data visualization techniques and tools.

•            Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing.

•            Ability to work effectively in a team and manage stakeholder relationships.
