The project is delivering a Workday (HCP) solution which will integrate across the company's back office functions.
Immediate start, hourly rate contract
Our client is looking for someone experienced with Workday implementations to help get it through to change/delivery management to be rolled out in September.
Your role in this will include: - Testing the end-to-end process and setup
- Documentation of requirements in a complex and changing business environment
- Supporting business SMEs in their discovery and decision-making through the software development lifecycle
- Leading the analysis process and providing critical insights to the team
- Identifying and escalating issues based on workshop conversation
- or identifying gaps.
We're looking for people who have the experience and attitude to deal with a complex environment and changing needs for work. Ideally, you'll have:
- The ability to elaborate solution requirements or business outcomes with Solution Architects, and members of the team to expedite project design and delivery
- Experience in assessing the feasibility of, and recommending new approaches to meet business requirements
- Expertise in translating business requirements into functional specifications
- Confidence in working autonomously, taking the lead on
determining requirements and engaging with stakeholders.
