A Little About Us:

iT360 is a growing business with a long history of serving the Auckland Community with IT services. We are looking for an Experienced Business Development Manager with 6-10+ Years experience working in an MSP, that is looking to grow with us as we look to transform the Technology landscape across the SMB market in New Zealand.  

We are experts in the field of tech, and we leverage our breadth of technology infrastructure, and depth of industry knowledge, expertise and partnerships to develop a unique view of the market for our clients. ​

This role has an enormous amount of potential due to recently formed partnerships with iT360. If you are driven by wanting to make a positive difference through Tech in the SMB New Zealand Market or are driven by commercial renumeration, this has significant potential for this person.

A fantastic benefit to this role is the 2 x Spark Business Hub Partnerships established with iT360. We would have this role work directly with the two business hubs to discover opportunities within the Spark Business Hub Accounts. 

The role encompasses the following broad aspects:

  • Generate New Business leads through our Strong Partner Networks. There is Significant Opportunity here for major growth.
  • Work to Improve the Technical Environments and Security of our future clients.
  • Work through Cyber Security Assessments (Non-Technical) with Customers as lead generators.
  • Provide Pre-Sales assistance to the sales team. I.e. Quoting, creating packages in relationship with approved external team members.
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
  • Work Through ‘Roadmaps and Need Assessments’ with Prospect Clients.
  • Promote the company’s products / services addressing or predicting client’s objectives
  • Prepare Sales Contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
  • Keep records of sales opportunities in chosen system, presently Zoho
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Take orders from customers / clients
  • Reach or go beyond laid out KPI’s assigned per quarter
  • Attend seminars, conferences and events where appropriate

Ideal Experience:

  • 6-10+ Years working within an MSP In a New Business / BDM Capacity
  • Cyber Security Experience
  • Have a desire to hunt opportunities; working with our Strong Partnerships
  • Basic Azure / Cloud Fundamentals Certifications
  • Other Vendor Sales Certifications (HPE / Aruba / FW Vendors ect)
