What You'll Do:

As a Cloud Support Engineer, you'll dive into providing 2nd/3rd line technical support to valued customers, ensuring SLA targets. You'll be hands-on and your role also involves promptly updating service tickets and participating in an on-call roster for after-hours support. Youll also be mentoring the team, while being the technical escalation for the wider team and assisting the Cloud platform team
