About the role

We are looking for a Senior Solicitor/Senior Associate with 4+ years of experience to join our growing Auckland-based team at the forefront of transactions. Our firm's Government, Competition and Regulation practice is highly regarded as pre-eminent in the field of competition law in New Zealand. The establishment of this newly formed practice group earlier this year reflects collaboration and streamlined work across these specialist areas.  

This is an excellent opportunity to be a key part of the growth and expansion of the team lead by Auckland Partners Troy Pilkington, Craig Shrive, Petra Carey, and Bradley Aburn. The team are recognised both locally and internationally as experts in their field for their seamless, forward-thinking, expert and strategic advice on various matters. Their work is diverse and some of the most challenging and complex in the market. You will have the opportunity to work across their matters, giving you great exposure and variety. 

About You

• 4+ years experience in competition law (or a related field)
  


• A strong understanding of the Commerce Act


• top marks in their law degree
