Who you are

We’re looking for someone who can push creative boundaries, who has passion for design, and who will blow our clients away. To be our ideal candidate, you’ll be a strategic thinker with the ability to interpret our clients' needs and deliver great outcomes. You’ll be an excellent communicator who can articulate your ideas, consult with clients, and lead them to a fitting solution.

Our ideal candidate would live and breathe branding and digital design. You’ll have a solid background in design and be a passionate advocate for outstanding UX and UI. You will be a comprehensive specialist who will understand the context in which someone will interact with and use your design, be it web, mobile, or interface.
 

Our ideal candidate would have experience in

• Over 6 years of experience working in a creative agency
• Brand development
• UX & UI design
• Planning UX, designing wireframes/prototypes, and visual design
• Passion for designing innovative user-facing digital content
• Webflow skills

Role/Responsibilities 

Brand Development & Direction.

• Creative Leadership: Lead creative direction for branding and campaign initiatives, ensuring excellence and coherence across all projects.
• Strategic Planning: Spearheaded project planning efforts involving in-depth user research, competitor analysis, and content strategy.
• Big Picture Thinking: Provide visionary creative insights on key projects, especially for new business pitches and high-stake client proposals.

User Experience and Design.

• Advanced UX Design: Lead the creation of sophisticated UX designs, including user personas, storyboards, and wireframes. Oversee the development of prototypes and ensure best practices in UX/UI are followed.
• Information Architecture: Define and refine information architecture, ensuring intuitive user flow and alignment with user needs and business goals.

Collaboration.

• Senior Leadership in Meetings: Actively participate and lead in creative briefing meetings and client presentations, offering strategic insights and high-level overviews.
• Project Supervision: Monitor ongoing projects, providing expert creative feedback and ensuring project milestones are met on time and within budget.
• Lead by example to encourage open communication and idea-sharing.
• Resource Optimisation: Manage and optimise resource allocation using advanced job-tracking and collaboration systems to enhance efficiency and productivity.
