A driven and experienced Senior Delivery Lead who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about driving outcomes, and loves leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact work. You’ll be a natural collaborator who is comfortable navigating complexity, solving problems, and bringing structure to ambiguity.

What does the job involve?

As a Senior Delivery Lead, you'll coordinate the delivery of our quarterly change programme and help embed our enterprise-wide delivery practice. You will:

• Lead cross-functional delivery squads to deliver initiatives aligned to strategic priorities.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of key projects across the business.
• Coordinate planning, sequencing, and resourcing across the change programme.
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and obstacles across delivery workstreams.
• Ensure delivery governance practices are followed and outcomes are clearly measured.
• Work closely with stakeholders across Product, Tech, and Business Operations.

What you’ll need to bring:

• A curious and learning mindset.
• Proven experience delivering cross-functional programmes and managing complex projects.
• Excellent organisational skills with a bias for action.
• A collaborative approach and ability to influence without authority.
• Experience in agile, hybrid, or scaled delivery environments.
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management capability.
