Senior Delivery Lead Technology Transformation

We’re looking for a senior, high‑agency Delivery Lead who knows how to get things done - someone who can lead large, complex delivery programmes, bring people with them, and hold the line on outcomes. This role will see you leading large‑scale platform delivery and release trains, working closely with senior client stakeholders to deliver technology modernisation and continuous delivery programmes.

What you will do:

• Lead large, complex delivery teams across Agile, SAFe, and hybrid environments, bringing decisiveness, strong agency, and a solution focused mindset.


• Provide end‑to‑end ownership of delivery for technology modernisation and continuous delivery programmes, including planning, forecasting, execution, and outcomes


• Act as the single point of accountability for delivery, proactively managing scope, dependencies, risks, financials, and delivery trade‑offs, or do this in conjunction with others in larger deliveries.


• Lead client release trains and scaled Agile teams (25+ people), embedding effective ways of working and coaching strong Agile and Lean tices through leadership


• Build and maintain trusted, credible relationships with senior client stakeholders (C‑level and L3), confidently managing challenge around timelines, priorities, and delivery outcomes


• Use your practical experience in Delivery to coach teams at all levels


• Ensure delivery aligns with solution architecture, engineering standards, and cloud best practices, while driving continuous improvement, quality, and team wellbeing

What we are looking for:

• Senior delivery or programme leadership experience within complex business and technology transformation environments


• Strong experience delivering programmes using Agile, SAFe, and hybrid methodologies


• Experience leading large delivery teams (25+ people) using Agile at scale


• Excellent stakeholder management capability, with the confidence to navigate complex discussions with senior stakeholders on scope, timelines, and delivery trade‑offs


• Solid understanding of product delivery, Lean principles, and modern delivery models


• RTE or SPC certification (preferred, not essential)
