Senior Designer - Urgent Position

Keen to flex your skills and really make a difference in the world? We are seeking an exceptional senior designer to join our talented team. 

You will be a fountain of new ideas, with the ability to think outside the square and quickly understand a client’s goals and objectives. You’ll be a stickler for ensuring quality, consistent application of brand style, but with the creative flair to evolve designs into new and exciting pathways. And to make sure you smash it out of the park, you’ll have the guidance of a top notch art director and the support of an amazing crew of strategists, writers, designers, digital marketers, developers and more.

You will be passionate about good design and thrive on variety, working across web design, brand development, digital campaigns, marketing collateral, print publications and more.

We’re looking for someone who will slot comfortably into the team, and bring the smarts, energy, creativity and drive to contribute your own special ingredient to Level’s secret sauce.  

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 5-6 years’ design experience  
• Relevant tertiary qualification in graphic/digital design
• Adobe Creative Suite expert in InDesign, Illustrator, XD/Figma, Photoshop and Acrobat
• An outstanding portfolio showcasing your ability to develop new and stand-out design and brand concepts, campaigns and websites
• Excellent communication skills (written and human-to-human)
• Innovative thinking, combined with great attention to detail and the ability to represent client’s brands at their best
• Eagerness to learn, grow and develop within a supportive team environment
• Additional video / editing / drawing / animation skills are a bonus!
