About the Role

As a Developer, you will work on our Transformation Engagement team to deliver projects in our Tech Growth Practice. Our ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of working in Microsoft tech stack (with some other languages mixed in) on front and backend; also have great ability to solve problems, design & write clean code; and work with other developers. The knowledge and exposure in the emerging world of Generative AI is the last part of this puzzle - if you have that you could be the missing piece to our Team!

What you’ll bring

• Minimum 7+ years’ experience working on IT projects across multiple phases of the SDLC.

• You will be confident in developing, mentoring and leading in Microsoft Tech such as Azure, Cloud, C# and a bonus would be Python.

• At least 4-5 years development experience in .Net or other Microsoft centric tech stack.

• Experience with web front-end technologies including HTML, JavaScript, CSS, React, or type script

• Knowledge of software configuration management using tools such as Git.

• Familiarity with service-oriented frameworks.

• Ability to implement complex features and unit tests and fix complex bugs.

• Ability to lead more junior developers and provide guidance on best practices, design patterns

• Public Cloud - exposure in Azure.
