The role

As a DevOps Engineer, you will get to focus on the process and tooling aspects of DevOps and Agile adoption by working alongside our clients' teams. You will be empowering teams to rapidly deploy value to their customers while removing pointless red tape. Where needed, you'll undertake configuration of DevOps tooling and lead teams or groups of people through workshops and training sessions. As part of our team, you'll be given a clear career path, specialist training, a strong commitment to your success and we'll partner you with a coach who can help you reach your goals.

You'll be passionate about the way the following skills can change a technology organisation:

• Software development working in DevOps and Agile environment(s)


• Open-source DevOps toolchain software (e.g. Git, Jenkins, Maven or equivalent)


• Terraform


• CI/CD pipelines


• Scrum and/or Kanban


• Containerisation (e.g. Docker)


• Microsoft Azure DevOps would be highly advantageous but not essential


• Networking skills and experience would be a bonus.
