They are looking for a highly experienced and passionate Functional Consultant with a Microsoft Dynamics Customer Experience background to join as a contractor in their growing team. Company profile

As a Functional Consultant, you will be a pivotal player in our mission to reshape the business landscape. You'll leverage your in-depth expertise in Dynamics 365 CE to provide direction to project delivery teams, taking ownership over the solution delivery process and post-implementation support. You will work directly with clients to deliver exceptional outcomes and training that will improve their business outcomes. Your Fit:
You’ll have at least 3+ years of work experience, ideally within professional services, and a deep understanding of the Microsoft Dynamics Customer Experience product suite. Experience with older Microsoft Dynamics NAV versions would also be ideal. You’ll need to have experience leading end-to-end implementation projects, as well as experience running solution design workshops and writing solution design documents. Having a strong analytical way of thinking and problem-solving skills is incredibly important, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills.
