ABOUT THE ROLE
NZ group of companies based in Eden Terrance, are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join the team! This is a newly created role, so you will own the HR process – from drafting policy changes, to writing contracts and job descriptions, supporting managers with running the end-to-end recruitment process and employee relations and general day to day HR tasks. Full support from Directors will be provided.
Our client is looking for someone who is looking to grow with the business and really develop their HR experience.
DUTIES - Support managers with the recruitment process - interviewing, hiring, onboarding etc
- Support managers with employee relations
- Develop training material and performance management programs
- Maintain HR systems and processes
- Process improvement
- Partner with management on strategic HR goals
- Induction and training
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years exp as HR Advisor
- Experience with end-to-end recruitment
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources
- Knowledge of labor legislation
- Ideally you have worked in a business with a strong sales focus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
