Senior HR Advisor - Urgent Hiring

Reporting to the HR Manager, this is a diverse senior HR advisory role with great opportunity to become fully involved across the organisation.
This role offers the chance to be a key driver of people-focused initiatives and organisational development, as well as, having responsibility over a generalist portfolio including managing employment relations issues.
Key Responsibilities include:

• Supporting business goals by driving HR best practice in the organisation
• Taking a partnership and coaching approach to building organisational capability
• Managing a range of HR related projects whilst also managing a generalist portfolio
• Leading quality processes including recruitment, performance & remuneration management, and employment relations support
• Maintaining and ensuring policies and processes are up to date and in line with relevant legislation

To be considered for this role, you will have a collaborative approach with the ability to influence positive change. You will also have:

• Proven experience in an HR advisory role within a fast-paced business setting
• A good working knowledge of New Zealand employment legislation
• A proactive and self-motivated approach to work
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
• A high level of accuracy and attention to detail with a motivated and can-do attitude
