Senior Land Development Engineer

Key Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Lead and manage land development projects from inception through to completion.
• Provide technical expertise and oversight in the design and implementation of land development projects.
• Uphold quality and look to improve team outputs regarding design and management of land development projects.
• Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure project goals are met.
• Prepare and review engineering plans, reports, and specifications.
• Mentor and support junior engineers and technical staff.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Manage construction supervision to the highest level and build strong relationships with contractors and all stakeholders.
• Maintain up to date industry knowledge in areas of construction practice, modelling, software and innovation.

To be successful in this role, you will possess the following:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in land development engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) licensure or equivalent is desirable.
• Strong project management skills with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in engineering software and tools relevant to land development including AutoCAD and 12D.
